  • Yes, Nationwide courier is available for boxes/products under 1m3.

    Whilst we do our best to ensure plants are packaged properly and safely we do not take responsibility for any damages that are incurred in transit.

    Please note:

    • We can not deliver to PO Boxes

    • Rural addresses incur an additional charge

    • Island addresses (Stewart, Waiheke, Chatham, Great Barrier) incur an additional charge

  • All online orders are shipped Monday-Thursday morning. Orders received outside of this timeframe are held to the following week to ensure plants aren’t sitting at a depot over the weekend!

  • Contact us for a freight quote for tree's & large shrubs. Shipping is at customers risk (we do our best to package and label).

  • We do not ship pots and statues but happy to package for customers wanting to arrange their own shipping.

  • We do our best to keep our stock levels accurate online however due to plants being a seasonal item, if your purchase is unavailable we will refund you immediately or do our best to source what you’re after.
