Ceropegia Woodii (Chain of Hearts) Variegata 12cm

Unique trailing plant with draping strands of heart-shaped leaves with pink, cream and green colours. Also known as Rosary Vine, this plant trails nicely and makes an unusual hanging plant. The vines can grow to 1m long.

Avoid direct sunlight. Give the plant a good soak once the soil is getting dry. Ensure the soil is not continuously wet - prone to root rot.
